Either way they’re just copying one execution line from an IRC bot into a terminal.. It just seems that if all the keyring package will do is issue gpg and apt-key .. then it’s not worth the extra clutter of a package.
And no vedant I’m suggesting that if your system is able to reboot into your desktop then it’s sane enough for use.
